Child Friendly
Since we have kids of our own, we have done our best to make our place kid-friendly so that other families can enjoy it as well. If you have very little ones, please note that the bunk beds are designed for only ages 6 and up to be on the top bunk, and some of the toys available may be choking hazards for very small children.
Feel free to put toys and games out of reach that you wouldn't want your children to access. We do have a high chair available in the entry-closet (some assembly required) if needed. We can't provide a travel crib at this time.

Outdoor Dogs Welcome
We do allow up to two well-behaved dogs, with prior approval. We do not allow dogs in the house, but depending on the dog may allow them to stay in the garage as long as they are watched or crated.
Things to note if you do choose to bring along your pet:
- We have an outdoor kennel for your use, but please consider that we can experience extreme temperatures at certain times of year.
- Our property is NOT fully fenced and what we do have fenced is not escape-proof.
- It is important to have your dogs protected from fleas and ticks before your stay.
- It is your responsibility to clean up all your pet's messes.
- Since we have another rental unit and neighbors nearby, it is your responsibility to ensure that your dogs are not left unattended during the day, and respect quiet hours.
- Our neighbor has a dog-boarding business, for which we can provide contact information (in case you need to leave your dog for longer periods).
Other Entertainment
We have a foosball table in the garage which our own kids have used for countless hours of entertainment. Additionally, we have a lovely piano in the living room for those who are more musically inclined. We ask that guests use it respectfully so that it can be appreciated by all our future guests.
